We currently have a combination of 5.10 servers, 4.67 clients/mailboxes and ND6.0/6.1 clients/mailboxes.
I have a mailbox called Help Desk that is used by a group of people in a department. If a user goes into that mailbox, creates a note and sends it, it comes from "Help Desk" and shows as sent by the user who actually sent it. So far so good.
If a Return Receipt is on the message being sent, the return receipts are showing different behaviors based on the client opening the note.
If a R6 client opens the note, the return receipt is mailed to the Help Desk mailbox (the mailbox it was mailed from). If a 4.6 client opens the note, the return receipt is mailed back to the mailbox of the person who sent it (not the mailbox it was mailed from.)
Was there a change in the behaviour of the return receipts with R5 or ND6? I can't find it documented anywhere, but it's causing a few problems with the users as they have to look in multiple locations to find return receipts.
Not a big deal I suppose as eventually we will all be upgraded to ND6, but it's annoying for now! Anyone else notice this?
